Frequently asked questions...
"How can I order photos from previous years?" Your child’s previous years photos should be saved in ‘My Picture Sets’. However, if they are not displayed in here, please send us an email directly and we will be able to create a new access code for you to add and will then be added to your picture sets. |
"I have more than on child, how do I access all photos aswell?" You can also find these photos in 'My Picture Sets'. If you have more than one child, you can add their access code to the tab that says 'Add More Codes' |
"I want to buy digital photos, where can I find these? And where can I find my digital photos once I've purchased them?" Yes, we offer high-resolution digital downloads. You simply click on the Digitals tab and you can purchase the individual or sibling portraits. (Please note: you won’t be able to purchase group photos as digitals due to GDPR restrictions). The photos you have purchased, the green download button will be present and you can download to any mobile or laptop device. |
"How do I add/change the names on the design photo prints?" Simply click on the text and you can add more names if you have multiple children in the photo or you can change the spelling of the name(s) if you wish. It also allows you to change the font and size. |
"How do I insert/change an image in one of the packages?" Simple go onto the package you would like to select of create. On that same page, if you hover over the image you would like and click ‘insert’ – make sure the section is highlighted where you would like to insert the image’. It should then give you the option to change the image for all or just that one section. And the image will then change for you. |
"What if I don't want to use purchase the packages?" You can go to the tab that says, ‘View All Products’ and will give you the option to purchase the products separately. |
